What grades does the school offer?

We currently offer classes from Playgroup through Class VIII (PG–VIII).

Is the school recognized or affiliated?

Lotus Valley is verified by the Basic Shiksha Adhikari (BSA), Aligarh.

What documents do I need for admission?

Typically: the child's birth certificate, passport-size photographs, the child's Aadhaar card or enrolment slip (used for their UDISE+ PEN and APAAR ID), a transfer certificate showing their previous PEN if transferring from another school, the previous school's report card (if applicable), and ID and address proof of the parent/guardian. Requirements can vary slightly by grade, so our admissions team will confirm exactly what's needed for your child — and a missing Aadhaar or student ID never holds up admission.

What are PEN and APAAR ID?

PEN (Permanent Education Number) and APAAR ID (Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry) are lifelong student ID numbers issued through the Indian government's UDISE+ system, used to track a student's academic record as they move between schools. The school generates these once your child is enrolled — you don't need to arrange them beforehand, and NCERT has confirmed neither is required to secure admission. APAAR ID also needs a parent's signed consent, which is entirely optional to give. If your child is transferring from another school, bring their transfer certificate so we can carry over their existing PEN instead of creating a new one.

How does the admission process work?

It's a four-step process: you enquire with our admissions office, visit the campus to tour classrooms and meet teachers, submit the required documents, and once confirmed, your child is welcomed with an orientation ahead of their first day.

What are your school and office hours?

Our office is open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Are there extracurricular activities and events?

Yes — we hold 8–10 competitions and events across academics, sports, and the arts every year, alongside school celebrations like our Annual Day.

What's the fee structure?

See our Fees page for the full breakdown by grade, including the instalment schedule. Fees are reviewed each academic session, so confirm with our admissions office for the latest figures.

Is transport available?

Please contact our admissions office directly to check current transport availability for your area.
